Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using the SaveMe mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep it current.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate accounts.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or subscription gates.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App or our servers.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.
3. Subscription Plans
SaveMe is free to use for basic features. Optional paid plans unlock additional capabilities:
- Tracker Pro — unlimited daily entries, PDF/CSV export, full insights.
- AI Pro — unlimited AI advisor messages and personalised insights.
- All-In Pro — all Tracker + AI features bundled.
- Autopay Unlock — one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited recurring rules forever.
Plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- By purchasing a plan you authorise Razorpay to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.
- Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Subscription screen.
5. AI Advisor Disclaimer
The AI advisor feature provides general financial information based on your transaction data. It is not regulated financial, investment, or tax advice. SaveMe is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
6. Data Accuracy
SaveMe is a tracking tool — the accuracy of your financial data depends on the information you enter. We do not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any transaction, budget, or insight shown in the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its source code, design, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of SaveMe and its creator. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal purposes only.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveMe and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or financial decisions made based on App-generated insights.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SaveMe in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account anytime from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, all in-app data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
