Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for SaveMe's subscription plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from inside the App:

  • Open the App → tap Profile → Subscription.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancelling does not delete your account. Your data remains intact, and you can resubscribe anytime.

2. Refund Policy

SaveMe operates a no-refund policy for the current billing period once a payment has been processed. This applies to:

  • Daily plans (₹18/day)
  • Monthly plans (₹89 – ₹199/month, depending on product)
  • Yearly plans (₹699 – ₹1,499/year, depending on product)
  • One-time Autopay Unlock (₹399)

This is because:

  • Premium features are unlocked instantly on payment.
  • You can use the App fully before deciding to cancel.
  • You retain access for the entire billing period you paid for, even after cancelling.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will process a full refund in the following cases:

  • Accidental duplicate charge — if Razorpay charges you twice for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate within 7 business days.
  • Failed activation — if your payment succeeded but premium access was not granted within 24 hours and we cannot resolve it.
  • Technical issues — if a verified bug prevents you from using the core premium feature you paid for, and we are unable to fix it within 14 days.
  • Unauthorised charge — if you can demonstrate that someone else used your card without your consent (subject to Razorpay's chargeback process).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above:

  1. Email us at support@savemeapp.online within 7 days of the charge.
  2. Include: your registered email address, Razorpay payment ID (found in your confirmation email), and a description of the issue.
  3. We will respond within 72 hours and, if eligible, process the refund within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Refund processing takes 5–7 business days from approval to appear in your account.
  • Timing depends on your card issuer or bank — we do not control this delay.

6. Autopay Unlock (One-Time Purchase)

The Autopay Unlock is a one-time purchase that unlocks the feature forever. It cannot be refunded after purchase except in the exceptional cases listed in Section 3. Please use the free tier (up to 3 autopay rules) to evaluate the feature before purchasing the unlock.

7. Disputed Charges (Chargebacks)

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your SaveMe account pending resolution. We always recommend reaching out to support@savemeapp.online first — most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to new purchases only — purchases made before the change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
